Are Klean Kanteen products BPA-free?
Yes, all our products, including our stainless steel bottles, canisters, and food solutions, are 100% BPA-free and made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel to ensure your drinks and meals remain pure.
How long do insulated products keep liquids hot or cold?
Our Climate Lock™ vacuum insulation can keep contents hot for up to 30 hours and iced for up to 100 hours, depending on the specific product size and model.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental US, which typically takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50.
Can I put my Klean Kanteen in the dishwasher?
Most of our non-painted (brushed stainless) products are dishwasher safe. However, for products with Klean Coat™ colors or intricate graphics, we recommend hand washing to preserve the finish.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return through our online portal for a full refund minus shipping costs.
